Add Channel and Via Context to Audit Log Entries

auditLog.list entries now show which surface each action came through, and what acted for the user when an API key, MCP client, workflow, the AI assistant, an AI agent, or an integration partner drove the change.
auditLog.list can now be filtered by the surface an action came through.
