Candidate Email Sync Blocklist Endpoints

emailSyncBlockedAddress.list, emailSyncBlockedAddress.create, and emailSyncBlockedAddress.delete manage the candidate email sync blocklist.
Blocking applies only to addresses stored on a candidate's profile. When a blocked address is on the candidate's profile and appears in a message's From, To, or Cc headers, the message is not synced to that candidate. A blocked address belonging to someone else on the thread does not stop a message from syncing.
Blocking is applied only when the blocklist is turned on in your organization's email settings. Addresses can be added and removed at any time; they take effect once the setting is on.
