Adds email addresses to the candidate email sync blocklist.

Matching ignores case but is otherwise exact, so [email protected] is blocked separately from [email protected]. A malformed address rejects the whole batch. An address already on the list returns its existing entry.

Note: Blocking applies only to addresses stored on a candidate's profile, and requires the blocklist to be enabled for your organization.
