Fetch a paginated list of AI criteria evaluations for an application.

This endpoint returns the AI-generated criteria evaluations that assess how well a candidate meets specific job requirements. Each evaluation contains the outcome, reasoning, confidence score, and other assessment details.

Requires the candidatesRead permission.
