applicationUpdate
Triggered when there's an update to an application. This includes:
- Changes to application fields (source, custom fields, etc.)
- Job transfers (when an application is moved to a different job)
- Also triggered by candidateHire and candidateStageChange
Return a 200 status to indicate that the data was received successfully
