This endpoint is in beta and may not be available for all organizations.

Creates a project.
The effective actor becomes the author, including authorized on-behalf-of requests.
Confidential projects are available on Plus, Legacy Plus, and Enterprise plans. Authors retain access to projects they create.
Organizations with active required Project custom fields cannot use this endpoint, including when those fields are hidden from the actor.
Custom-field values and author assignment are not supported. The project starts active with no candidates; use separate candidate endpoints to manage membership.

Requires the projectsWrite permission.
