Transfer an application to a different job.

Requires the candidatesWrite permission.

The id of the application to transfer.

The id of the job to transfer the application to.

The id of the interview plan to transfer the application to.

The interview stage of the interview plan to transfer the application to.

boolean
Defaults to true

Whether to start any automatic activities set on the target interview stage. If not provided, the default value is true.
